Care Instructions:

All of our items are considered delicate and should be hand washed in cold or lukewarm water and laid flat to dry.

Please do not machine wash, do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron, as this may destroy your shapewear.

Avoid any chemical products, suntan oils, and harsh detergents.

  • My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it.

Sometimes the USPS incorrectly marks the package as delivered before it actually arrives. When this does happen, your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but make sure to check with your neighbors or post office in the meantime.

If you still don’t receive your package within a couple of days, please email our customer care team within 30 days with your order number and tracking info so that we may assist you further.

 

  • Refund Policy

Products must be returned unworn and unwashed in their original condition with all tags attached.

We kindly ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of use.

  • Delivery

We know how important your order is, that's why we do everything to ensure you receive it as soon as possible! Sometimes unexpected delays may occur with the shipping company. Orders usually take 4-14 days for USA, 7-15 days for Canada and the rest of the world.

 

  • Products and sizing

Most of our products have a corresponding size chart table that is used specifically for that product according to its manufacturer. 

 

  • How do I know my payment is secure

We only use secure transactions. You may check available payment options in the footer or on a checkout page.

 

  • How do I change or cancel my order

We try to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been placed, we cannot change or cancel the order unfortunately. Nevertheless, you will be able to return the items according to our return policy once your order has been delivered to you

 

  • I placed an order but never received a confirmation email

Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for you to get an email that your order has been received. Also, check your spam folder. If 24 hours have passed and you still haven’t received your email, please contact our customer care.

 

  • I placed an order but don’t see any updates

Please note it may take up to 24 hours for us to dispatch your order. Once it has been confirmed, you’ll receive an email notification, and another email once your order has been shipped.

 

  • Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation message via email. The tracking confirmation may take up to 48 hours to update.

Please note, that products have an accompanying size chart table.

If you are in between two sizes due to the bra size, we recommend going a size up, to ensure that your bust is not compressed and remains supported and comfortable.

Size to waist for more cleavage; size to bust, for less.

We use soft, stretchy, breathable, and supportive materials and fabrics for maximum comfort and extended wear.
